ISHIKAWA improvement method

As planned, a presentation of the ISHIKAWA method was made;
Oswaldo, our Director of Quality Assurance, has formed 3 teams, and has assigned 3 problems.
All the teams found improvements and solutions, these presentations were very fruitful and constructive.
